  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1 Tbsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • allspice - 1 Tbsp
  • small or 1 large jar strained baby prunes - 2 item

How to make spice cake:

Mix by hand. Do not overmix. Add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
