Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- green onions, sliced - 2 item
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- to 8 slices bacon - 6 item
- bacon drippings
- cucumbers - 1/4 c
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- cheese, sliced - 1/8 c
- hard-boiled egg, sliced - 1 item
- medium tomato, quartered - 1 item
- salami, 1-inch strips - 1/4 item
- hot wine vinegar - 1/4 c
How to make spanish salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. bacon drippings1/4 c. hot wine vinegar1 tsp. garlic salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 hard-boiled egg, sliced Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly.Dressing: Combine drippings, vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with eggs. Pour over salad.
