Ingredients/Components
- rice, dry - 3/4 c
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- water - 5 c
- onions - 2 item
- tomatoes - 2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- salt & pepper - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Fry rice in fat until brown, then add water and boil until soft. Drain. Saut?© the onions in fat; mix with tomatoes and peppers and add to the rice. Add seasoning and place in a greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
