Spaghetti pie
Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked - 6 oz
How to make spaghetti pie:
Stir margarine into spaghetti; add Parmesan cheese and egg whites; form mixture into Pam sprayed 10-inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom. Cook turkey, onion and pepper; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Put over cottage cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
