Ingredients/Components
- can whole kernel corn, drained
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- diced tomatoes - 1/2 c
- black olives, chopped - 1 c
- Picante Sauce - 1 c
- baby spinach leaves - 1/2 pkg
- ready-to-serve salad greens - 1 pkg
- can black beans, rinsed/drained
- Southwestern chicken strips, chopped - 1 pkg
- Ranch Salad dressing - 1 c
- Broken tortilla chips to taste - 1 item
How to make southwest salad:
Place greens in large salad bowl. Add corn, beans, olives, and chicken strips. Combine Ranch dressing and Picante sauce. Prepare individual servings; top with broken chips, cheese, and diced tomatoes. Spoon dressing over individual servings. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Main dish.
