• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• egg whites, stiffly beaten - 3 item

How to make fluffy buttermilk pancakes:

Beat egg yolks with rotary beater. Add remaining ingredients except egg whites and beat until smooth. Gently fold in egg whites. Pour onto hot griddle.
