- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cut-up rhubarb - 3 c
How to make sour cream rhubarb pie:
Pour 1/2 cup sugar over rhubarb in an unbaked pie shell. Let set for awhile. Mix remaining ingredients together. Beat with eggbeater until blended. Pour over rhubarb and bake at 450° for 40 minutes or until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
