Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • cut-up rhubarb - 3 c

How to make sour cream rhubarb pie:

Pour 1/2 cup sugar over rhubarb in an unbaked pie shell. Let set for awhile. Mix remaining ingredients together. Beat with eggbeater until blended. Pour over rhubarb and bake at 450° for 40 minutes or until firm.
