Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 3 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Note: Use a 12 cup round tube pan.Soften butter, then add sugar. Mix with mixer. Add eggs, sour cream, flour (1 cup at a time), vanilla and almond, then add coconut. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
