  • butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and grated - 10 item

How to make sour cream potatoes:

Boil potatoes, cook, peel and grate. Add remaining ingredients.

This is a great dish to make ahead for company, even a day or so ahead.
