Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise
  • medium potatoes - 8 item
  • celery salt
  • horseradish
  • small onions, minced - 2 item

How to make sour cream potato salad:

Sauce:1 c. sour cream1 1/2 c. mayonnaise1 1/2 tsp. horseradish1 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. celery salt Boil potatoes with jackets on. Cool, peel and slice very thin. Mince the onion. Mix with parsley flakes. Prepare sauce. Put in bowl in layers of each: potatoes, sauce and onions. End with onions on top. Make about 4 or 5 layers of each.
