Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • onion juice - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cooked shrimp - 1 lb
  • horseradish
  • stuffed olives, sliced - 3 Tbsp
  • unflavored gelatin - 2 Tbsp

How to make spicy shrimp salad:

Soften gelatin in cold water in top of double boiler. Stir in mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled fish mold and chill until firm.
