Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour
- warm water - 1 c
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- liquid shortening - 1/3 c
How to make quick rolls:
Melt yeast in water. Mix all ingredients and make a workable dough. Knead slightly and roll over to 1/2-inches thick on floured board. Cut in desired shapes. Brush with melted butter.
