Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- soft margarine - 1 stick
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Crumb Cake Topping:1 c. flour2/3 c. sugar1/4 c. brown sugar1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. cinnamon1 stick (1/4 lb.) soft margarine Topping: Combine ingredients.Grease and flour pan. Combine ingredients for cake. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle Crumb Cake Topping over cake. Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick to make sure cake is done. When cooled, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
