- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Grease and flour tube pan. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Add sour cream, alternating with dry ingredients. Fill pan with half of dough. Sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mixture over dough. Pour remaining dough in pan. Top with remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture.
