- sour cream - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- margarine, melted - 1 c
How to make sour cream biscuits:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine melted margarine and sour cream. Measure self-rising flour into a large bowl. Combine margarine and sour cream with flour, stirring to mix thoroughly. Fill ungreased mini muffin pans with heaping tablespoonful of batter. Bake 15 minutes. Cool baked biscuits for 3 minutes before removing from pan.
