- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- sliced apples - 3 c
How to make sour cream apple pie:
Preheat oven to 375°. Roll out the pastry and fit it into a nine-inch pie plate. Combine the sour cream, egg, lemon juice and flour. Fold in the sliced apples and place the mixture in the pastry shell. Either full or strips for top shell. Cook one hour at 375°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
