- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- green apples 4 c - 1 lb
- In medium bowl, slightly beat egg by hand
How to make sour cream apple pie:
Preheat oven to 400°. In medium bowl, slightly beat egg by hand. Add sugar, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt and mix. Stir in apples (peeled and sliced). Pour in pie shell; bake for 30 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/4 c. butter Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on pie.
