  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • chopped nuts coarse - 1 c
  • soda crackers, crushed - 23 item

How to make soda cracker pie:

Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat again. Stir in crackers and nuts. Press this into a buttered pan and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip after cooled.
