Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- envelopes Dream Whip - 2 item
- crushed pineapple, partially drained - 1 c
- big angel food cake - 1 item
How to make snowball cake:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in pineapple, juices and sugar. Chill until mixture sets slightly. Prepare 1 envelope of Dream Whip. Fold into gelatin mixture. Break cake into small pieces into 2 x 10 x 13-inch dish. Pour gelatin over cake, guiding around pieces. Chill overnight.If desired, prepare second package of Dream Whip, spread on top of cake. Refrigerate 3 hours or more. Good company dessert.
