  • nonfat vanilla or chocolate ice cream - 1/2 gal
  • large box instant sugar-free chocolate pudding - 1 item
  • chunky peanut butter or smooth - 1/2 c
  • container "lite" Cool Whip - 1 (8

How to make snickers bar pie:

Soften ice cream in a large bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over ice cream and mix. Add peanut butter and Cool Whip, stirring to blend well. Spoon into a 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch dish that has been sprayed with nonstick coating. Freeze.

Once frozen, cut into 16 squares or bars and serve frozen. Store leftovers, covered, in freezer.
