Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
- Beat in eggs
- soft shortening Crisco - 1 c
How to make snickerdoodles:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Add to shortening mixture and mix well. Roll into balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
