- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- shortening - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
How to make snickerdoodles:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
