Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• pumpkin - 1 c
• egg - 1 item

How to make pumpkin bars:

Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together and set aside. Mix oil, sugar, pumpkin and egg. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake in greased and floured (jelly roll type) cookie shee
