Smoky bacon wraps
Ingredients/Components
- c packed brown sugar - 1 item
- toothpicks - 1 item
- lb sliced bacon - 1 item
- 1-16 oz pkg miniature smoked sausage links
How to make smoky bacon wraps:
Cut bacon strips in half crosswise. Wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage link and secure with a toothpick if needed. Place in a foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve while warm. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Pork.
