- salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- melted butter or margarine - 2 3
- grated Cheddar - 4 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 2 to 3 Tbsp - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through. Put potatoes in baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt; drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
