Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- slices American cheese - 6 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 16 oz
- egg noodles - 2 c
- Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
How to make skillet lasagna:
Brown meat in oil until done; drain. Add water, onion, celery and spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil. Line the skillet with noodles, cover with lid and cook over low heat.
