Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- rib celery, chopped - 1 item
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
How to make skillet cabbage:
Saute for about 5 minutes in oil the cabbage, onion, pepper and celery. After sauteing for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, sugar and salt and pepper. Cover and cook slowly for about 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
