Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- green onions, sliced - 3 item
- salt optional - 1/4 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- large cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- medium green cabbage - 1 item
How to make skillet cabbage:
Remove outside leaves. Wash cabbage. Cut into wedges, coarsely shred cabbage with knife and throw away core. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add cabbage, garlic, red pepper and sugar. Stir continuously for 2 minutes; add onion. Stir until vegetables are very tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
