Stir-fry cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium green cabbage - 1 item
- small carrots, grated - 2 item
How to make stir-fry cabbage:
Wash and drain cabbage wedges and carrot sticks. Coarsely shred cabbage and grate carrots. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add grated carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute; add cabbage, onion, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 additional minutes or until vegetables are tender.
