Shrimp orleans
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- cleaned, cooked shrimp - 2 c
- broiled sliced mushrooms, drained 3 oz - 2/3 c
How to make shrimp orleans:
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender, but not brown.Combine soup, sour cream and catsup. Stir into onion. Add mushrooms and shrimp. Cook over low heat just until mixture is heated through. Serve over fluffy hot rice. Yields 4 servings.
