Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- bell pepper - 1/4 item
- cooked rice - 2/3 c
- shrimp
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
- large onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped - 1 item
How to make shrimp and artichoke casserole:
Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil. Add shrimp; cover and cook 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in casserole and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
