Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- flour plain - 2 c
How to make shortbread cookies:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten each one with fork. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325°. Makes 30 to 40 cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
