Shipwreck casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stalks celery - 2 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- rice - 1/3 c
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- ground round - 1 lb
- onions - 2 item
- or more potatoes - 3 item
How to make shipwreck casserole:
Slice onions on bottom of casserole. Slice potatoes over onions. Salt and pepper. Crumble meat over potatoes. Dice celery over meat. Sprinkle rice over celery. Pour the beans and then the soup mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
