Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can corn, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- potatoes, boiled and mashed - 3 item
How to make shepherd's pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown beef in skillet and drain. Add onions to beef and brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer in bottom of casserole. Cover meat and onions. Next, add mashed potatoes, then Cheddar cheese. Place in oven and bake at 350° until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
