Seafood pizza
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- shredded Mozzarella - 4 oz
- raw shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1/2 lb
- raw scallops - 1/2 lb
- shredded mild Cheddar - 4 oz
- pizza shell - 1 item
- seafood flakes - 1/4 lb
- asparagus, cut in bite-size pieces - 1/2 c
How to make seafood pizza:
Preheat oven to 450°. Saute 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, shrimp and scallops until almost done. Do not overcook! Drain off juice. Spread 1/2 tablespoon oil over pie crust. Add shrimp, scallops and garlic and spread over pie crust evenly. Spread seafood flakes evenly. Add 1/2 of both shredded cheeses. Spread asparagus evenly and add rest of shredded cheeses. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and bake until crust and cheese get slightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.Recipe categories: Main dish, Seafood, Pizza.
