Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- sliced raw potatoes - 6 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Melt 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and salt. Add milk slowly; cook until sauce thickens. Add sliced potatoes; bring to a boil. Put into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 15 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
