Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water - 2 c
  • boiling water
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 item
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • bananas - 2 item
  • pineapple juice
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • orange Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • Cover with marshmallows and let mixture jell

How to make sawdust salad:

Filling:1 c. pineapple juice2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. sugar1 egg, well beaten Combine orange and lemon Jell-O with boiling water; dissolve and add cold water, pineapple and bananas. Cover with marshmallows and let mixture jell.

Cook filling over low heat until thick; cool. After Jell-O mixture jells, spread filling over top.Topping:1 pkg. Dream Whip1 pkg. cream cheese Mix Dream Whip and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Spread over filling. Sprinkle with pecans.
