Ingredients/Components
- frozen peas - 1/3 c
- carrots - 1/3 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1/3 c
- frozen corn - 1/3 c
- smoked sausage - 1 pkg
- frozen cauliflower - 1/3 c
- rice or noodles - 1 item
How to make sausage skillet:
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Saute sausage and onion in skillet until onion is tender. Add vegetables, cover and simmer, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Beef sausage.
