  • Minute rice - 1/2 c
  • onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped fine - 1 c
  • can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • seasoned sausage bulk - 1 lb
  • optional additions

How to make sausage casserole:

Cook sausage; drain off fat. Mix in casserole with the other ingredients. Brown bread crumbs in margarine and garlic salt. Cover casserole with these bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
