Ingredients/Components
- Minute rice - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- seasoned sausage bulk - 1 lb
- optional additions
How to make sausage casserole:
Cook sausage; drain off fat. Mix in casserole with the other ingredients. Brown bread crumbs in margarine and garlic salt. Cover casserole with these bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
