  • potatoes - 5 lb
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Swiss cheese
  • medium onions - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese
  • sausage - 2 lb
  • mild cheese

How to make sausage casserole:

Turn oven to 350° and butter a casserole dish. Brown sausage and diced onions. Slice potatoes and alternate sausage, potatoes and cheeses. Pour 1 cup milk over. Cover and bake until potatoes are done.
