  • milk - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • biscuit mix
  • onion soup mix - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • pork sausage - 1/2 lb
  • dash of each: pepper and paprika - 1 item

How to make sausage balls:

Heat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet. In a large bowl, mix sausage, cheese, milk and egg. Mix well. Slowly add biscuit mix, onion soup mix and pepper. Mix well. Form into balls; place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm with a spicy mustard dip.
