  • mild sausage - 1 lb
  • hot sausage - 1/2 lb
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • Bisquick - 3 c

How to make sausage balls:

Melt cheese in double boiler. Add to sausage and Bisquick. Mix well with hands. Roll into bite size balls. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
