Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- celery, cut fine - 1 c
- green pepper, cut fine - 1 item
- large can sauerkraut - 1 item
- onion, cut fine - 1 item
- red pepper, cut fine - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Drain juice from kraut. Pour cold water and drain again. Cut up all vegetables. Heat sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour all over and mix well. Refrigerate at least overnight. Will keep indefinitely.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
