  • water - 1 c
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • sauerkraut, drained - 1 c
  • bottle chili sauce - 10 oz
  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • whole berry cranberry sauce - 8 oz
  • ground beef or turkey

How to make saucy meatballs:

Meatballs:2 lb. ground beef or turkey3 eggs1 c. bread crumbs1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix sauce ingredients and simmer. Mix meatball ingredients. Form meatballs and place in pan in single layer. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for one hour in 325° oven.
