Salmon patties

Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1/2 c
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item
• Crisco
• onion, finely minced - 1/3 c
• large can salmon - 1 item

How to make salmon patties:

Drain salmon and reserve liquid. Mix all ingredients and add enough liquid to form into patties. Fry patties in Crisco until golden brown.
