- salt - 1 item
- wine vinegar - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 item
- salad greens - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
How to make salad:
Place salad greens in a bowl. Press garlic to taste. Sprinkle salt until you think you have enough and then add more. Pour olive oil in a circle and an X. Add 8 shakes of the vinegar (assumes you have a shakable lid). Mix well and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
