Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- broken pecans - 2 c
- vanilla if desired - 1 tsp
How to make rocky road squares:
Melt chocolate chips, vanilla, milk and margarine in microwave until melted. Put nuts and marshmallows in large pan. Pour mixture over this and mix well.Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper. Pour mixture in pan. Chill at least 2 hours. Remove from pan. Peel paper from candy and cut in squares. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
