Rocky road brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- miniature marshmallows
How to make rocky road brownies:
Fudgy Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. melted butter1/3 c. evaporated milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Stir in melted butter. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 275° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over top of hot brownies. Spread with Fudgy Frosting. Cool and cut into squares. Yields about 30 brownies.To make Fudgy Frosting, combine powdered sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Yields about 2 cups.
