- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 1/4
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1 c
- cocoa - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar
How to make rocky road brownies:
Fudgy Frosting:1 lb. box powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. melted margarine1/3 c. evaporated milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Stir in melted butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 275° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over top of hot brownies. Spread with Fudgy Frosting.Frosting: Combine powdered sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
