Ingredients/Components
- unpeeled small red potatoes, quartered - 4 c
- Miracle Whip - 1 c
- slices bacon, chopped and crisply cooked - 4 item
- sliced green onions - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make roasted potato salad:
Heat oven to 425°. Place potatoes on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are done and golden brown. Mix dressing, bacon, eggs, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes; mix lightly. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Potato, Vegetables.
